Retainer Rates

This plan is perfect if you need a set number of support hours each month. With a prepaid retainer, you’re guaranteed our availability and get priority scheduling over hourly clients.

Tiered retainer plans start at 10 hours per month, and we track time in 15-minute increments.

Project Rates

For larger design projects, like web design, we’ll agree on a flat project fee before getting started. A signed Project Service Agreement is required before work begins.

To kick off the project, a 50% deposit is needed, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Hourly Rates

This plan is great for clients who need short-term help or prefer a “pay-as-you-go” option. Tasks are billed at an hourly rate based on the agreed scope, with time tracked in 15-minute increments.

For first-time projects, there’s a 2-hour minimum, and payment is required upfront.
